- Leverage IT support experience to guide product teams.

- Test, validate, and shape innovative AI solutions.
- Supervise and train AI agents for next-level support.
- Benchmark and experiment to push innovative boundaries.
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Challenging mindset for continuous process improvement.
- Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
- 2+ years experience as an L1/L2 IT support technician.
- 2+ years experience in IT support coordination or leadership.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
