Become a Key Player as a Global Enablement Manager
As a Global Enablement Manager, you will design and scale enablement programs that upskill the enterprise salesforce and improve sales outcomes for the client. You will work with sales and operations leaders to prioritize and deliver learning initiatives that close skills gaps and drive measurable impact. This role operates remotely, open to candidates across the US, with an ideal base in Lehi, UT.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Craft and update learner journeys based on Sales and SOE data to address skills gaps.
- Identify gaps in current enablement programs and recommend program or content investments.
- Develop global learning programs and associated assets for live and on-demand delivery.
- Facilitate discovery and intake processes to analyze, evaluate, and prioritize content development projects.
- Partner with sales management and enablement stakeholders to align programs with business priorities.
- Build relationships with OpEx SMEs and vendors to ensure high-quality content and delivery.
- Monitor learner feedback, consumption, and program impact; inventory existing enablement assets.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- MBA, PhD, or 5 years of experience in tech or sales enablement.
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Project management and relationship management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to partner with executive-level stakeholders.
