The Product Content Assistant will be responsible for the hands-on processing of product data and content for online publication. This role also involves actioning commercial optimisation opportunities, with a focus on SEO enhancements, updates from commercial testing to improve on-site product copy and imagery, and using reporting to prioritise workload based on commercial ordering.
About You
- Offshore Team Management: You will train and brief the offshore team, delegate tasks, ensure clear priorities are set, and drive process improvements.
- Product Onboarding: You will process products within the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate entry of descriptions, images, and attribution in alignment with stock availability.
- Content Optimisation: You will own product titles, descriptions, SEO banner copy, attribution, and imagery, implementing SEO best practices and supporting A/B tests.
- AI & Automation: You will adopt and identify ways to use AI and automation in your daily workload, for the offshore team’s workload, and to implement opportunities for efficiencies.
- Collaboration: You will liaise between departments, collaborating with Trade, PC Transformation Lead, POs, Studio, and Product Teams, and escalate complex issues to the Product Content Lead.
