Why This Role Is Right for You

The AI Transformation team is the central engine driving Nexi’s enterprise-wide AI agenda, spanning generative and agentic AI. The team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that AI initiatives are effectively delivered at scale across the organization, while supporting Nexi’s external positioning in AI. We are looking for high-performing profiles (both internal and external) with experience in complex transformations, able to structure problems and drive execution end-to-end in ambiguous environments.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Drive execution of Nexi’s AI transformation agenda across governance, value delivery, adoption, and enablement
• Work with senior stakeholders to define priorities, remove bottlenecks, and ensure delivery of key AI initiatives, acting as central entry point for AI demand.
• Build and manage core transformation assets (roadmaps, business cases, tracking tools, governance frameworks)
• Act as external ambassadors for how Nexi is deploying a variety of AI tools and approaches for the benefit of merchants and consumers, and for efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:

• Solid understanding of generative and agentic AI technologies and their specific enterprise applications in driving innovation and efficiency
• Experience in complex transformation environments, either in consulting or in internal roles (strategy, operations, product, program management)
• Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end and deliver tangible outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced contexts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good understanding of AI / GenAI use cases
• Exceptional communication skills (in idiomatic English) to be able to engage variety of stakeholder groups
• Strategic skillset including the ability to deal with ambiguity, structure complexity, and analyse / draw actionable conclusions from data-sets
• Self-starter/initiative-taker with ability to dynamically course-correct and continuously navigate to impact
