IT Analyst II – Desktop Support
As an Information Technology Analyst II, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and/or applications. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.
This position is 100% on-site at NYP Queens. The hours are generally Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Preferred Criteria
- COMP TIA A+ Certification
- Degree or major in Computer Science
- Cisco Certification
- ITIL
- PMP
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of previous work related experience

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
