About the Role - Business Development Representative
As the Consulting Business Development Representative, you will fuel NewtonX’s growth with large consulting client accounts including MBB, Big 4 Strategy, and Tier 2 leaders. Your primary responsibilities include generating strategic lead pipelines, engaging potential prospects, crafting thoughtful outbound messaging and scheduling effective meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Map organizational hierarchies to identify decision-makers.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline and maintain lead data integrity.
- Design and execute multi-channel prospecting cadences.
- Generate and qualify meetings and inbound leads.
- Collaborate with consulting practice leads and the sales team to refine processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles within professional services, market research, or a client-facing capacity. Strong success in prospecting, cold calling, and securing meetings with consulting executives, excellent communication skills, high curiosity and resilience, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Apollo.io. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and valid US work authorization are required.
