The Role

Are you passionate about using your growth marketing skills to make a real difference in the classroom? As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive initiatives that expand the reach of our powerful learning tools.

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with in-house channel experts to:

  • Increase qualified traffic to our platform.
  • Boost conversion rates from visits to free trials.
  • Drive conversion from free trials to paid customers (B2C) or B2B leads.

What You'll Do

  • Orchestrate comprehensive growth projects with paid media, SEO, and content teams.
  • Own and continuously optimize the user journey and conversion funnel.
  • Implement in-product messaging strategies to guide users toward activation.
  • Independently analyze data and deliver actionable insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years in a growth-focused role (PLG, SaaS, or B2C).
  • Expertise in acquisition channels with collaborative experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
  • A relentless drive for optimization and measurable outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation between $82,800 and $110,000, plus incentive stock options, comprehensive health benefits, a monthly tech stipend for work from home, flexible PTO, and professional development opportunities.
