Overview

The 2026 Summer Software Engineering Internship at Newrez LLC is a 10-week summer program designed for rising seniors pursuing a four-year college degree. Primary Function & Responsibilities

Interns will participate in daily scrum meetings, assist developers in coding tasks, support the QA process, perform business analyses, and gain exposure to various company functions. Key duties include:

• Participate in scrum meetings and develop user stories.
• Assisting with coding tasks and supporting QA testing.
• Perform business analysis and offer process improvement recommendations.
• Attending company training sessions and building professional relationships.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently pursuing a four-year college degree with a graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems. Key skills include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, Excel, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of .net, C#, git, SQL and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail.
