As an Account Manager - Emerging Risk at Newfront, you will be responsible for managing internal service processes and client relationships for assigned property and casualty accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and accounts with up to $1MM in volume revenue.
- Act as the primary point of contact, responding to client inquiries.
- Develop and implement competitive insurance programs with various alternatives.
- Oversee onboarding, marketing processes, and policy renewals.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and team members.
- Maintain agency management systems, contract reviews, and file management.
- Train and provide oversight to Account Coordinators.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in brokerage (3-5 years minimum) and a Property and Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) is required.
Additional Information
This is a salaried, exempt, full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement for US-based candidates. Work hours are until 4pm PST, Monday to Friday. Compensation ranges from $66,600 to $104,000, depending on individual factors, with potential bonuses, stock units, and benefits including 401(k) and paid time off.
