Job Description
Design Manager - Brand & Creative
As a Design Manager, you will lead the creative vision and deliver engaging visual content for the Breville and Sunbeam brands at Newell Brands. You will guide a team of three designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners globally, ensuring high quality output, consistency and adherence to brand identity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Design Manager and Design Director to implement brand strategy and campaigns.
- Deliver creative projects in alignment with brand identity across consumer touchpoints.
- Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and manage external agency partners.
- Translate creative briefs into actionable strategies and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Ensure adherence to messaging frameworks across multiple marketing channels including omnichannel and eCommerce.
- Manage project timelines alongside the Design Operations Manager to meet strategic objectives.
What You'll Need
A university degree or college diploma in graphic design, art or a related field. Demonstrated experience in creative or graphic design roles including managing multi-channel content. Proven track record in developing creative solutions and managing brand identity and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
