Your Responsibilities

You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams actively participate in business process design and group-wide projects. We don't just 'let IT happen,' we 'make IT happen' ourselves. Join us and become part of our team in one of the world's most beautiful industries with your expertise, responsible for:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems and applications.
• Administration of authorizations and further development of the role concept.
• Active monitoring of the availability and performance of ERP systems and associated databases.
• Planning, control, and optimization of data transfers and interfaces.
• Monitoring daily data traffic between the ERP system and the stores.
• Implementation of changes according to company standards (e.g., during the release process).
• Management and operation of development and test environments.
• Participation in quality-enhancing projects and the establishment of a knowledge database.

What You Bring

• Completed IT training, e.g., as an IT specialist, or a relevant degree.
• Initial professional experience in the IT sector – preferably in the ERP environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX or Navision.
• Very good command of Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems.
• Experience in service, support, or administration of an ERP environment is desirable.
• Process knowledge in financial accounting, logistics, or retail is an advantage.
• Flexibility, commitment, as well as dedicated and structured work.
• Service orientation, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
