Interactive Designer
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the development of interactive, game-based experiences within a broader digital platform. This role is focused on execution—translating product direction and early concepts into high-quality, build-ready designs that bring engaging mini-game experiences to life. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who thrives in production, has strong instincts for “game feel,” and can elevate short-form interactive experiences with thoughtful UX and polished visual design.
What You’ll Do
- Translate wireframes, concepts, and product direction into polished, production-ready UX and UI designs.
- Design end-to-end user flows, interaction patterns, and screen-level experiences across platform and game modules.
- Create detailed design specifications and assets for seamless engineering handoff.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of a scalable design system and component library.
- Collaborate closely with product, game engineering, and front-end teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Design for multiple devices, ensuring a consistent and responsive experience across screen sizes.
- Incorporate motion, interaction states, and micro-interactions to enhance usability and engagement.
- Participate in sprint reviews and QA to ensure design fidelity in final builds.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate iteration and production.
What You’ll Be Working On
- A core platform experience that includes a progression-driven meta loop.
- 2–3 interactive mini-games with full state coverage and user flows.
- Motion and interaction design to enhance gameplay and engagement.
- Component and system-level design work to ensure scalability and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped digital products (web or mobile), ideally with interactive or gamified elements.
- Proven experience delivering production-level design in agile, sprint-based environments.
- High proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and visual systems.
- Experience working within an established design direction and executing with precision.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product teams.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing game mechanics, mini-games, or gamified product experiences.
- Motion design or prototyping experience (e.g., Principle, After Effects, Figma prototyping).
- Understanding of performance considerations in front-end implementation.
