Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides efficient and cost-effective office support operations to the New York Power Authority (NYPA) enterprise. This role ensures NYPA information assets are protected, accessible, and support business needs.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will:

  • Assist with moderately complex and varied administrative tasks.
  • Collect and format data to create presentations and reports.
  • Support managers and staff with scheduling, document preparation, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate projects, track timelines, and prepare project reports.
  • Conduct research on quantitative and qualitative business issues.
  • Plan logistics, agendas, and coordinate meetings.

Compensation and Diversity
