Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to solve cloud native infrastructure observability challenges and own the multi-million ARR product line. Impact over 10K+ customers and drive New Relic’s bottom line.
What you'll do
- Lead strategy, roadmap & execution for New Relic’s Infrastructure O11y.
- Define, measure, and communicate adoption growth metrics.
- Design user journeys and create lo-fi mocks for UX improvements.
- Champion delightful UX internally and externally.
- Act as a spokesperson for cloud native infrastructure observability.
This role requires
- 10+ years of software product management experience.
- Hands-on PM approach with deep empathy for infrastructure personas.
- Strong collaboration with engineering & design for sprint releases.
- Experience in observability product management is a plus.
