Your Opportunity

As a New Relic Support Engineer, you are the product expert and a champion for our customers. You will use your technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring superior customer service while working closely with various teams.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate across teams to solve technical customer problems.
  • Provide superior end-user software support via multiple channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot installation, configuration, and data issues.
  • Advocate for customers by relaying feature requests and bugs.
  • Leverage technology expertise in Linux, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools.

This Role Requires

  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and empathy.
  • Experience in server management and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of AWS, containerization, web technologies and cloud infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with additional IaaS platforms (Azure, GCP) and certifications.
  • Background in network, system, or database administration.
  • Hands-on experience with New Relic products.
  • Comfort with analyzing system and application logs.
