Your Opportunity
As a New Relic Support Engineer, you are the product expert and a champion for our customers. You will use your technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring superior customer service while working closely with various teams.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate across teams to solve technical customer problems.
- Provide superior end-user software support via multiple channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot installation, configuration, and data issues.
- Advocate for customers by relaying feature requests and bugs.
- Leverage technology expertise in Linux, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools.
This Role Requires
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and empathy.
- Experience in server management and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of AWS, containerization, web technologies and cloud infrastructures.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Bonus Points
- Experience with additional IaaS platforms (Azure, GCP) and certifications.
- Background in network, system, or database administration.
- Hands-on experience with New Relic products.
- Comfort with analyzing system and application logs.
