Join our Finance team as a Budget Analyst, partnering with Senior Leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the annual operating budget including premium, loss, and expense allocations.
  • Prepare and analyze business unit budget performance reports.
  • Support forecasting efforts and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Maintain and enhance the Annual Operating Plan reporting tool.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to improve data extraction and reporting.
  • Lead automation and efficiency initiatives within the Finance Department.
  • Manage NCCI financial data call reporting and industry comparisons.
  • Support rating agency report preparation and ad hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred. Experience: One to three years in budgeting, data analysis, or financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with budget/forecast modeling and analytics tools preferred.
