Role Overview

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will cultivate customer relationships for on-your-land homebuilding, guide clients through the sales process, and work closely with them about construction timelines, costs, and jurisdictional requirements.

  • Generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Present home designs and assess land buildability.
  • Document processes and collaborate with project managers.
  • Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Regular local travel and on-site work, including weekends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience in mortgage, construction, or build-on-your-lot real estate is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Availability for local travel and working on job sites, including weekends.

Responsibilities
