About New Engen
At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions - like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.
We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands, and each other, thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Insight-Driven Influencer Strategies: Translate client briefs into clear, actionable influencer strategies that align with business goals and campaign KPIs. Build thoughtful plans that define creator mix, targeting, flighting, and testing approaches while balancing data-driven insights with creative, platform-native ideas.
- Build Strategic Plans that Drive Performance: Design influencer programs that connect brand objectives with measurable outcomes. Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and drive stronger results across campaigns.
- Partner Cross-Functionally to Bring Strategies to Life: Collaborate closely with sales, media, and execution teams to ensure strategies are actionable and set up for success. Align on audience targeting, amplification approaches, and campaign execution to deliver cohesive, high-performing programs.
- Support Pitches and Client Engagements: Contribute to pitch development by shaping strategic narratives and building clear, compelling recommendations. Participate in client presentations, helping communicate strategy and respond to questions with confidence and clarity.
- Leverage Insights and Trends to Inform Strategy: Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and the evolving creator landscape. Use data, research, and tools to uncover insights, inform recommendations, and continuously strengthen strategic approaches.
- Guide Testing, Optimization, and Performance Improvement: Help define testing frameworks and optimization plans that improve campaign outcomes over time. Analyze performance and translate learnings into actionable recommendations that refine creator selection, content direction, and overall strategy.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how influencer campaigns are planned and executed (agency or brand experience preferred), ideally 3-5 years.
