Server - Horizons Restaurant & Wine Bar

As a Restaurant Server at New Castle Hotels & Resorts, you will be at the heart of the guest experience by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Your passion for service and attention to detail will leave lasting impressions and ensure every guest's visit is memorable.

The role includes setting up the restaurant/lounge/café in the morning, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout service, and performing closing duties. You are expected to be both a host and a server by engaging guests with friendly service, upselling food and beverage items, and offering helpful suggestions.

  • Setup and maintain dining and lounge areas.
  • Provide friendly service, answer inquiries, and upsell.
  • Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to safety and security policies.
  • Perform cleaning and side work duties.

Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent preferred; at least one year of food & beverage experience. Possession of ServSafe or Tips certification is a plus. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work on your feet for extended hours. Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, often starting early morning shifts at 6am.
