Event Server at New Castle Hotels & Resorts

$20.00 an hour. From greeting guests with a warm smile to delivering impeccable food and beverage service, your attention to detail and dedication to excellent service will be key to making each event a success.

Role Responsibilities

  • Be a BEO expert and assist with setup and break down of events.
  • Maintain a friendly presence and ensure work stations are clean and attractive.
  • Manage food and beverage service including upselling and guest interaction.
  • Operate with knowledge of ingredients, allergies, and proper cash/credit handling.
  • Follow established safety and security policies; assist with cleaning as needed.

Job Requirements

A high school education or equivalent and at least one year of fine dining service experience are preferred. ServSafe or Tips certification is required. Must be capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, bending, stretching, and working in varied temperatures and noise levels. Fluency in English and ability to work in high pressure situations are mandatory.
