Job Mission

The Senior Data Product Manager will spearhead the enterprise data product and platform organization. You will drive data product vision from strategic planning to tactical execution including team leadership, product lifecycle management, agile operations, and change management.

Major Accountabilities

  • Team Management: Lead a team of Data Product Owners ensuring alignment with Digital Product and Data & Analytics leaders.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and feedback from analytics teams and stakeholders.
  • Product Development: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Data Integration: Oversee integration of data sources ensuring seamless flow for analytics teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, agile project management, and product operations teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize product roadmap based on feedback and objectives.
  • Documentation & Change Management: Maintain clear product documentation and drive adoption of new technologies.

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years product management experience, including at least 4 years in data product roles.
  • Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, integration, visualization, and Agile methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency with data management platforms and SQL.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering outcome-driven solutions.
