Your Role as a Retail Associate Working Student
We are looking for a Retail Associate Working Student to strengthen our team at the Metzingen location.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal customer service.
- Active customer care with individual, competent, and friendly advice.
- Ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range.
- Visual merchandising with sales-promoting product presentation.
- Performing all necessary cash register operations.
- Receiving and processing complaints.
- Participation in promotional and marketing activities in the store.
- Goods receipt, inspection, and processing.
- Assistance in the preparation and execution of inventories.
Your Profile:
- Team player.
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- First professional experience, ideally in retail/customer service.
- High affinity for sports and fashion.
- Independent and self-reliant working style.
- Excellent communication skills and joy in daily interaction with people.
- High service orientation.
- Commitment, flexibility, and teamwork (flexible deployment plan, including weekends).
