Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable backend services for iOS applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python backend development, API design, database management, and cloud integrations, with a focus on performance, scalability, and secure data handling.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs to support iOS applications.
- Work with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Integrate third-party services (AWS, Firebase, etc.).
- Collaborate with iOS developers to ensure smooth API integration.
- Optimize backend performance, scalability, and response time.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Handle database design, architecture, and management.
- Debug and resolve backend-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain proper API documentation and development notes.
Monthly Goals & KPIs
- Deliver and maintain stable API endpoints.
- Complete assigned backend features within sprint timelines.
- Reduce bugs and improve backend reliability.
- Maintain clean API documentation and backend workflows.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with iOS Developers (Swift – Frontend), Senior Backend Developers, and QA/Test Engineers.

- Minimum 2+ years of backend development experience.

Availability & Commitment
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
- Immediate to 15 days joining preferred.
- Comfortable attending regular team meetings and sprint planning.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
