Overview

At Nevada Heart and Vascular Center, the Technical Revenue Operations Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, is responsible for building, monitoring, and maintaining all revenue-related system interfaces. This role ensures clean and timely data flow across NHVC, hospital partners, and vendors while acting as the technical lead for integrations with AthenaOne, HybridChart, hospital ADT feeds, and other third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor system interfaces for revenue data accuracy.
  • Develop analytic infrastructure supporting revenue cycle optimization.
  • Act as technical liaison and project manager for integration projects.
  • Collaborate with hospital IT, external vendors, and NHVC departments.
  • Oversee MMX reporting and ensure data alignment with internal systems.
  • Establish monitoring processes and document technical workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum five years in healthcare revenue analytics, finance, or a related technical role. Advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL skills are strongly preferred. Familiarity with payer variance analysis and EHR/PM system integrations is also desired.

Job Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with yield, denial, and payment reporting.
  • Ability to audit and validate vendor-provided reports against internal data.
  • Skilled in developing dashboards using Smartsheet, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of RCM KPIs and healthcare payer contracts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Conditions

This is a remote position that requires approximately one week per month of travel. All travel expenses will be reimbursed. Work hours will be aligned with normal working PST hours.
