About the Role: Cloud Solutions Architect at Neural Concept

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Neural Concept, you will be instrumental in enabling enterprise customers to successfully deploy and integrate our cutting-edge platform. This involves designing and implementing scalable architectures across various environments, including leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on-premise solutions such as HPC and VM setups. Your direct contributions will ensure seamless adoption, significantly influencing how global engineering teams design and deliver their products. What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration into their existing IT environments.
• Deploy and manage complex cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures utilizing key containerization tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Singularity.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting phases, guaranteeing smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction.
• Address IT and security assessments, ensuring compliance with critical security, networking, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to continuously refine deployment processes, enhance scalability, and integrate valuable customer feedback into product improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to support both internal teams and facilitate customer enablement.

Who You Are

• Education: Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in diverse cloud and/or HPC environments.
• Technical Skills (mandatory): Possess production-level experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity. Demonstrate proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, coupled with strong foundational knowledge of networking and security principles.
• Technical Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Terraform, OAuth2, SAML, Slurm, advanced Networking concepts, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Customer-facing skills: Showcase a proven track record of directly engaging with enterprise customers to scope, deploy, and effectively maintain infrastructure solutions.
• Mindset: Exhibit clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, adeptly balancing deep technical understanding with immediate customer needs.

Location and Eligibility

This position is available remotely or from our New Jersey office. Please note that travel to customer locations within the US will be required. The start date is ASAP, and eligibility is restricted to US citizens only.
