$190,000 – $260,000 Base + Competitive Equity

Neulinx has partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company that's building technology to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of healthcare through intelligent automation.


Our client currently has 52 employees and with $16 million worth of investment are looking to scale further and hire up to 6 x backend focused Senior Software Engineers.


Led by best-in-class founders and backed by leading investors, this is an opportunity to join a world-class engineering team tackling complex technical challenges at scale.


You'll play a key role in designing and building highly scalable backend platforms, leveraging AI to automate critical workflows and process vast amounts of clinical data.


This is a hands-on engineering role offering genuine ownership from day one. You'll work closely with product and engineering leadership, influence technical direction and help shape the next generation of AI-powered software in a fast-moving, engineering-led environment.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience building scalable backend systems
  • Strong commercial experience with Python and TypeScript
  • AWS cloud infrastructure and distributed systems expertise
  • Strong software architecture and system design skills
  • Experience building high-performance APIs and data-intensive applications
  • Previous experience within high-growth B2B SaaS, AI or venture-backed startups
  • Engineers who enjoy taking ownership and delivering products end-to-end
  • Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience would be advantageous
