Job Description

Content Marketing Associate

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Content Marketing Associate to help bring their content to life across various platforms including their website, webinars, videos, and podcasts. This role involves managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring high-visibility programs move seamlessly from intake through compliance review, production, and publication. You will collaborate closely with writers, designers, digital teams, and compliance to deliver polished content on time, every time, while actively seeking opportunities for process improvement. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at transforming ideas into audience-ready content and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Content Production & Workflow Management
  • Own end-to-end production workflows for podcasts, webinars/virtual events, social assets, and web content, managing the process from kickoff through launch and post-launch updates.
  • Conduct pre-launch quality checks, including accuracy, links, formatting, and disclosures, while coordinating final approvals and managing post-launch follow-ups.
  • Log and track work in Monday.com to ensure projects progress smoothly through production and review stages.
  • Maintain the content calendar and manage day-to-day project tracking, proactively identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Monitor basic performance and operational metrics, coordinating updates and revisions as necessary.
Podcasts
  • Drive podcast recording logistics, including scheduling, guest/speaker coordination, recording, post-production, and compliance review.
  • Support basic audio production tasks and coordinate with vendor or internal editing teams.
  • Manage podcast publishing and collaborate with channel/creative teams on promotional assets and distribution strategies.
Webinars
  • Produce webinars end-to-end across platforms like Zoom, ON24, and Goldcast, handling speaker coordination, dry runs, technical checks, day-of execution support, and post-event deliverables. This includes managing a flagship webinar series and providing market reaction support.
  • Oversee post-event distribution, including recording edits, captions/transcripts, key takeaways, and short-form cutdowns, in partnership with creative and channel teams.
Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements such as templates, intake forms, checklists, and clearer handoffs to enhance speed and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with business and marketing partners to ensure alignment on content projects.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, editorial operations, digital publishing, event/webinar production, or content production.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a comfort for tracking details across numerous tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate clearly and professionally across teams.
  • High attention to detail and quality-control instincts, particularly regarding accuracy, disclosures, and delivery specifications.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Monday.com and webinar platforms such as Zoom, ON24, or Goldcast.
  • Familiarity with podcast hosting/publishing platforms and basic audio production workflows.
