About the AUM Reporting Associate Role
The AUM Reporting Associate role is within the Finance organization at Neuberger Berman. It contributes to end-to-end AUM, flows, and run-rate revenue reporting while supporting internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Investment, Client Coverage, Marketing, RFP, and Legal & Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis: Execute daily to quarterly AUM and client flows reporting cycles, produce reliable reporting packages, and provide ad hoc analysis.
- Technology & Automation: Use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve data validation, streamline tasks, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Document processes, refine controls, and partner with various teams to improve data governance and reporting standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields, with 5–8 years of experience, strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau, OneStream, or Alteryx. Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve process efficiencies is essential.
