About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes for the FTR programme. You will work across various teams including PMO, the Department for Transport, Rail Delivery Group, and other industry stakeholders. Your responsibilities include establishing effective programme-wide controls, detailed milestone planning, championing agile methodologies, and ensuring robust governance, all with the aim of delivering value to both passengers and taxpayers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project planning and milestones.
- Champion agile working practices within the FTR programme.
- Collaborate with varied internal and external teams ensuring robust reporting and risk management.
- Oversee supplier management and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project packs for meetings.
