Brief Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Management Assistant to join our Asset Protection and Optimisation (ASPRO) team. Based at London Blackfriars and reporting into the Asset Protection Technical Interface Specialist, you’ll play an active role in supporting the team with day‑to‑day project management activities.
About The Role
You’ll gain exposure and experience across a wide range of projects within the Asset Protection and Optimisation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing incoming forms, documents, emails and completing data entry into the system
- Updating the ACE system to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information
- Contacting customers by telephone to clarify queries and submissions
- Holding periodic meetings with Scheme Managers to review their portfolios and support with ad‑hoc requests
- Raising requests for contingent labour staff
- Meeting (usually via video conference) with contingent labour suppliers to ensure mutual understanding of bookings
- Assisting Document Control with DRN numbers and the engineering review process
- Distributing clearance consultations and consolidating responses
- Collating planning application requests and supporting documents
Essential Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Some management experience, including project management
- Educated to HND/HNC level or equivalent
- Awareness of HSQE issues and principles
Desirable
- Membership (or working towards membership) of the Association for Project Management
- A degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, commercial and financial processes
- Understanding of possession planning
- Knowledge of Asset Protection
How To Apply
Salary: Band 5 circa £30,000-£36,000 plus Inner London Allowance £3,270
