About the Role

The Senior Integration Analyst at Netvagas is responsible for mapping integration and process automation. The role focuses on mapping client systems, processes and data with emphasis on integrating legacy and modern systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Map and document systems, data flows, and manual processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
  • Propose and validate technical integration solutions (APIs, RPA, ESB).
  • Oversee technical integration execution in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Work with the Data Engineer to ensure integration integrity and compliance.
  • Participate in meetings with DPO, Information Security, and Internal Controls ensuring adherence to LGPD and corporate policies.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Experience with process mapping (BPMN), requirements gathering, and functional architecture. Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Zapier) and concepts like APIs, Webhooks, ETL, and RPA. Experience with hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) and legacy system integration. Ability to analyze regulatory impact and operational risks.

Behavioral Skills: Proven seniority to interact with diverse client areas (IT, business, legal, compliance), excellent communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving focus.
