Technical Account Executive at Netsurit

Your Mission
As an Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of clients, ensuring their technology and partnership with Netsurit operate seamlessly. You will be the primary point of contact, guaranteeing services meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), hosting service reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, driving renewals, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver world-class solutions that future-proof client technology environments.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an individual who can translate technology into business value and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in MSP, consulting, or IT services environments. A strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security is essential, along with experience managing enterprise client relationships and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management environments is also a plus.
