Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to join the NetSuite BU and play a key role in transforming our Quote to Cash processes. This individual contributor role involves gathering requirements, conducting testing, and communicating project progress to management. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate opportunities for improvement, and capitalize on them.
  • Leverage AI or rule-based automation to enhance productivity, drive cost savings, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and scope.
  • Gather requirements for projects, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and project update reviews.
  • Communicate a shared understanding of problems and potential solutions.
  • Perform basic testing of user stories against acceptance criteria or collaborate with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT team and Product Oriented Delivery (POD) teams, ensuring quality product delivery.
  • Act as a team leader, contributing to the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Develop new business strategies and models, communicating their business efficiency enhancements to management and reporting on team and business performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
  • Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; create specifications for systems.
  • Design automated systems and provide user consultation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working on Quote to Cash process improvements and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the workings of a product-oriented model.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to facilitate working meetings, ask pertinent questions, and listen actively.
  • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM and/or ERP implementation, specifically Quote to Cash transformation.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and customer lifecycle.
  • Exposure to AI tools and technologies.
