About the Regional Sales Manager Position
The Regional Sales Manager will join with full executive team support. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of dominating their territory and a desire to significantly impact the growth of the next iconic cloud security company. You are adept at translating complex security challenges into effective business solutions for customers, understand the competitive landscape, and are driven to win market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify leads, develop, and close new business.
- Work independently to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and goals for the territory.
- Develop and execute an overall account strategy to drive successful selling efforts within the assigned territory/accounts.
- Focus on new account acquisition, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways, with a strong history of territory growth.
- Exceptional track record of success in consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in F1000 accounts.
- Verifiable history of consistently exceeding sales quotas year after year.
- Resides within the targeted geography of South West Germany with established local enterprise customer relationships.
- Proven experience in establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships, with pre-existing connections with key resellers in the assigned territory being essential.
- A deep understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is a must.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
