Head of Technology Solution Delivery (Operations)
Netscribes is seeking a Head of Technology Solution Delivery (Operations) to lead end-to-end delivery, operational excellence, and governance of all technology solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of digital, cloud, and enterprise solutions while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between business, engineering, and operations teams, guaranteeing seamless execution from solution design through production support.
Delivery Leadership
The core responsibilities for this position include:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple accounts and projects.
- Driving delivery excellence across web, mobile, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Managing large-scale programs and complex multi-vendor ecosystems.
Operations And Governance
Key responsibilities in this area involve:
- Establishing and managing robust delivery governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and OLAs.
- Driving operational efficiency, effective incident management, and high service reliability.
- Leading production support, SRE practices, and streamlined release management.
- Implementing ITIL-based service management processes to optimize operations.
Stakeholder Management
This role requires strong engagement with:
