Qualifications
- Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift, with a strong portfolio of shipped applications used by real users.
- Solid understanding of iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, and asynchronous programming with async/await.
- Experience with iOS architecture patterns and best practices for building scalable and maintainable codebases.
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX/UI design principles and user-centered development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug production issues, optimize performance, and enhance app stability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Prior experience integrating APIs, handling secure data, and managing complex financial workflows is a plus.
- Design, develop, and ship native iOS features that enhance user onboarding, account management, payment processing, and other core functionalities.
- Create smooth, intuitive, and fast user flows for complex financial and recruitment processes on mobile devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to bring concepts from ideation to production.
- Ensure high app quality by monitoring performance metrics, reducing crash rates, and handling edge cases effectively.
- Implement secure authentication, data handling, and financial workflows with a focus on reliability and compliance.
- Utilize analytics, customer feedback, and real-world usage data to iteratively improve app features and user experience.
- Maintain code quality through regular testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in iOS development.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance the platform.
