About The Role
Hilton is seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our web and mobile platforms meet the highest standards of quality, accessibility, and compliance, particularly focusing on ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. Your primary objective will be to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that identify and resolve accessibility issues, thereby enhancing the user experience for all guests and clients. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to integrate testing processes into the development lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI-assisted testing tools to streamline test creation, improve code quality, and contribute to Hilton’s AI-enabled engineering initiatives. Preference will be given to candidates located near Memphis, TN, or other U.S. locations, who are passionate about quality assurance, accessibility, and innovative testing methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance standards and accessibility testing tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and AI-assisted testing tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed testing plans and strategies to evaluate web and mobile platforms for accessibility and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and accessibility issues, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Utilize AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test case creation and improve testing efficiency.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure compliance with ADA standards and other quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices related to accessibility testing and quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and overall product quality.
