About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving our US Sports platform. This role is pivotal in building a team and trading platform to help us become a leader in the US sports gambling industry, replicating our strong foundation in Europe.
You will be integral to driving our growth and success by contributing to our high-availability, large-scale N-Tier distributed systems that process substantial volumes of data during major sporting events. Your expertise will ensure the resilience and stability of our systems, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Beyond technical contributions, you will play a mentorship role, coaching and onboarding junior engineers to foster their professional development and ensure seamless integration into the team.
This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration. The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Qualifications
- Proven experience developing modern React applications using Typescript, with advanced state management techniques such as Redux and performance debugging skills.
- Experience designing and building microservices to support dynamic front-end applications.
- Familiarity with contemporary CI/CD practices for deploying APIs and services in live environments, ensuring reliable and efficient release cycles.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, integrating testing practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with automation testing pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Ability to optimize SQL queries to meet performance benchmarks and improve system efficiency.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of contributing effectively within team environments and possessing subject matter expertise.
- Focus on delivery and clear communication, prioritizing results over excessive process or manual documentation.
- Autonomous, inquisitive, and passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and adopting new technologies.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support for their professional development.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, advocating for scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption during high-demand periods.
