Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with a strong emphasis on Python and Django frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and development principles.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Experience working with high-traffic applications and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and others.
- Comfortable working within a Linux development environment.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in back-end development.
- Develop and maintain scalable back-end applications using Python and Django frameworks.
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs capable of handling hundreds of requests per minute.
- Integrate back-end systems with various third-party services including Microsoft 365, Exchange Servers, Google Calendar, and HubSpot.
- Ensure applications are optimized for maximum performance and scalability, employing best practices and performance tuning techniques.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the platform.
- Manage database interactions effectively, utilizing SQL to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Work within a Linux environment, leveraging containerization tools like Docker for development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best coding practices within the team.
