About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer to join our team in an in-office capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our existing applications while contributing to the development of new solutions. Working primarily within a Microsoft-based environment, you will design scalable, high-performance applications that support our operational needs and strategic growth. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education, experience, and technical skills, including:
- An associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a relevant certification in software development.
- At least 2 years of full-stack development experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of web application development, microservices architecture, data modeling, and UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and related technologies, with a solid understanding of unit testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new applications based on detailed business requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Test and validate software solutions to ensure they meet functional, performance, usability, and security standards.
- Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and facilitate feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.
- Maintain and update continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Associate Application Developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Manage bug reports and user-reported issues efficiently through the company's ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into our applications.
