About The Role

As an AI Go-To-Market Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Netomi, directly engaging with key stakeholders from enterprise customers. Your role involves facilitating conversations and helping to build strategies to move opportunities through the funnel. We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to help close our largest enterprise prospects. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, GTM, and Sr. Leadership team to manage the end-to-end sales process for high-value, strategic accounts, often involving C-Level executives. This role demands keen attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to concurrently manage several long, complex sales cycles and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to close $200,000+ ARR opportunities with the largest B2C brands globally, providing regular updates to Sr. Leadership and strategic partners.
  • Assist with strategic content creation, such as one-pagers and slide decks, to demonstrate Netomi’s value tailored to each account’s specific needs.
  • Shape executive-level AI transformation conversations and ensure consistent momentum with prospective customers through diligent follow-up.
  • Coordinate with customers’ working teams, stakeholders, and procurement to maintain active conversations and drive opportunities with consistent follow-up and delivery of requested materials.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of custom product demonstrations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional deal strategy and help manage the implementation of customer pilots and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with internal teams.

AI Market Development & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and refine AI positioning and messaging specifically for enterprise B2B buyers.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, tangible business outcomes.
  • Educate customers on emerging AI use cases and best practices.
  • Support customers through their AI adoption journey and internal stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Go-To-Market processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling AI-native or ML-powered products.
  • Experience selling into CX, contact center, or digital support environments (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys) is preferred.
  • Travel will be an integral part of this role, with frequency varying based on individual customer needs.
