What You’ll Be Doing

Technical & Engineering:

• Deploy and support complex network solutions including routing and switching.
• Implement network security solutions: policy analysis, perimeter defense, access control, and PKI infrastructure.
• Plan and execute server and compute stack migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Design, implement, and manage complex SAN environments managing storage lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions.

Professional & Client-Facing:

• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Develop technical roadmaps and influence client strategic visions.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years' IT experience with expertise in Windows Server, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud, M365, Networking (Firewalls and Switching) and DR/BC. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent certifications/experience is required. Must reside in or near Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, or Cincinnati, OH and be willing to travel to client locations. Ability to lift 25lbs is required.
