Team Overview
The Ads Platform Engineering teams build advertising systems and integrations that power the delivery of ads in a thoughtful manner, ensuring a high-quality viewing experience while meeting advertiser needs and brand safety standards. The team is ambitious, working on high-performance systems, and is a new entrant in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space.
Role: UI Engineer L5, Ads Engineering
This role focuses on building user interfaces that adhere to robust UX design principles. Engineers will work across front-end frameworks, interface with REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints, and contribute to full-stack development in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Utilize front-end frameworks such as React, Angular.js, or Vue.js.
- Interface with REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and technical excellence.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including testing and production deployment.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular.js, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with cloud environments and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to test driven development and full-stack integration.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and Connected TV (CTV) constraints.
