Role Overview
The UI Engineer L4, Ads Engineering will work on building and enhancing advertising systems within Netflix's innovative Ads Platform. The role involves a blend of UI design, front-end development, and interaction with REST APIs and GraphQL End Points to support global ad delivery solutions.
Team & Environment
The Ads Platform Engineering teams build and integrate advertising systems that power ad insertion using cutting-edge technology. The team works on client and server side integrations, ensures brand safety, and enhances the user experience with appropriate, engaging ads.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Understand ad domain and UX/UI design principles
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js
- Develop using front-end frameworks like React, Angular.js, and Vue.js
- Interface with REST APIs and GraphQL End Points
- Experience in cloud environments and fullstack development
- Proficient in version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Emphasize test-driven development and production deployments
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
Experience in the advertising marketplace and Connected TV (CTV) space.
