At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. As a Technical Program Manager, Security M&A, you will lead security initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring robust protection of assets, data, and intellectual property throughout the M&A lifecycle.
The Team
The Security and Privacy Technical Program Management team partners with engineering, product, and business teams to drive strategic security initiatives and execute large-scale integrations.
The Role
You will orchestrate end-to-end security integration of acquired entities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, define integration blueprints, deploy automation and playbooks, and conduct security posture assessments. Your technical expertise in core security domains will be critical to ensuring seamless transitions across multiple projects.
Desired Background
- Strong technical understanding of security domains including IAM, endpoint, cloud, network, data protection, and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in post-acquisition integration or large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to triage initiatives and drive execution with a focus on impactful security outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
