Within this team, the Data Platform organization powers data storage, processing, and interaction at massive scale with two key pillars: BDAP (Big Data Analytics Platform) and ADX (Analytics Developer Experience).

The Role

As a Technical Program Manager Data Platform - Analytics, you will drive high-impact programs spanning BDAP and ADX. You will orchestrate modernization efforts, compute engine migrations, and deliver intuitive tooling for data exploration and visualization. The role involves aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • Own and drive multiple cross-functional programs.
  • Translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with technical teams including engineering, product, and design.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and changes.
  • Enhance developer experience for data practitioners.

What We Are Looking For

A candidate with experience in platform infrastructure and developer tooling for big data systems. Must be capable in managing multi-org technical programs, dynamic in ambiguous environments, and proficient in clear communication with both technical and executive audiences.

  • 10+ years of relevant technical program management experience.
  • Hands-on approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with tools like Spark, Trino, Druid, Snowflake, or Flink.
  • Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex problems.
