The Opportunity
We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of analytics and data experiences. You will design end-to-end workflows that enable data and analytics engineers to transform intent into trusted insights quickly. Your work will reduce cognitive load, remove toil, and deliver intuitive, unified experiences through discovery, development, orchestration, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy for analytics and data experiences.
- Create cohesive journeys across discovery, modeling, and reporting.
- Drive end-to-end design for interdependent data workflows.
- Mentor design teams and influence cross-functional roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on critical initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have 8+ years as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating system‑level work. Experience in analytics/data platform tools, strong design leadership, proficiency with design tools like Figma, and a deep understanding of data engineering workflows are essential.
