About This Role

In the role of Staff Content Designer, Evidence and Messaging Systems, you will be the resident expert within XD Discovery + Foundations on evidence and information hierarchy. You will ensure members receive the right information at the right time to help them discover and decide on their next movie, show, or game. Your focus will be split between aligning across various member initiatives involving Evidence, the Messaging tooling system, and the Personalized Experience organization.

About You

You are a member advocate who designs balanced solutions that offer clear value. You have experience in taxonomy creation and content categorization in an entertainment setting. You are comfortable crafting vivid copy, writing strategic documents, and using data and research to inform user journey decisions. Collaboration and strong relationship building are key traits, along with a high standard for execution and communication.

What You’ll Do

Evidence Systems: Build scalable evidence frameworks for badges, callouts, metadata, synopses, and information hierarchy best practices across surfaces and member journeys. Collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate needs and translate them into cohesive patterns. Innovate with cross-functional partners on new evidence use cases.

Messaging Systems: Partner with Messaging XD and Consumer Messaging on the MEP workstream to build a self-serve tool that allows teams to build, send, and manage campaigns autonomously.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working on user-focused entertainment or publishing platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Creative and analytical writing skills.
  • Experience developing language frameworks and strategies.
  • Experience with global products and partnering with Globalization teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing and design system evolution.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and bring rigorous design thinking.
