The Role
As a Software Engineer - Member Commerce & Games Engineering at Netflix, you will work on core backend systems that impact API platform, messaging, personalization, sign-up, partnership, payments, and billing systems. You will develop distributed systems and scalable, highly-available applications that power Netflix’s sophisticated entertainment service.
What We Need From You
- Strong object-oriented programming skills crafting efficient, maintainable, testable code.
- Solid foundation in computer science and software development concepts.
- Expertise in developing, debugging, testing, and operating APIs and cloud-based services.
- Ability to work independently and drive features throughout the development lifecycle.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
