This remote-friendly role (US west coast preferred) requires periodic onsite collaboration in Los Gatos and Los Angeles.

About the Role

The Netflix Games Design team is looking for an ambitious, visionary, and experienced designer to drive large-scale social initiatives. You will collaborate with product, engineering, design teams, and game developers to create shared gaming experiences that connect members and build a vibrant gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive social initiatives from concept to launch.
• Align design work with business needs and company strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve community gaming experiences.
• Partner with game studios to implement scalable social features.
• Own the end-to-end design process from exploration to execution.
• Lead communication and decision-making across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in designing for mobile, web, and TV platforms.
• Proficiency in creating consumer-facing social and platform design work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of gaming social mechanics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Figma proficiency and familiarity with data-driven design is a plus.
